This Law prescribes the necessary conditions and manner for the correct classification and determining of the mountain paths on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, their maintenance, classification, categorization, use, and other issues related to the use of the mountain trails. This Law is divided into V Chapters and 35 articles, including the offences and penalties.
