Decree implementing Commission Regulation (EC) No. 436/2009 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 as regards the gathering of information on vineyards and wine production.

This Decree lays down provisions implementing European Union rules concerning compulsory delarations to be submitted by harvesters and the gathering of information to monitor the wine market.
