This Regulation, consisting of 20 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision with respect to the regulation of access to the Prospect Reservoir controlled area; the performance of plumbing or drainage work, including the requirement for a permit to do such work, the remedying of defective work and the giving of certificates of compliance; the imposition of restrictions on the use of water; and to the offences for which penalty notices may be given.
