This Chapter of Division 7 of the Water Code of California continues into existence the State Water Quality Control Fund and provides with respect to the financial assistance to the water industry in California for improvement of water quality. The Chapter also creates the State Water Quality Control Fund, the Clean Water Bond Guarantee Fund, the State Water Pollution Cleanup and Abatement Account, a State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Administration Fund and a State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Small Community Grant Fund. The State Water Resources Control Board may enter into an agreement with the federal government for federal contributions to the fund only if specified conditions have been met.
