These Regulations, consisting of 15 articles, are prescribed in accordance with the Food Administration Act. Items to be labeled in the food packaging are stipulated in Article 2.3. Items to be labeled in bulk food shall include name and origin (art.2.4). For food being specially processed, the manufacturer shall indicate its processing methods. The packaging of food shall comply with the requirement provided by sanitation standard of food instrument, container and package.
