The fishing quota allocated to the Member States for redfish in NAFO 3M area for the period from 1 January 2016 until 30 June 2016 is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation establishes a temporary prohibition of fishing for that stock in such area by vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union.
