These Enforcement Rules, consisting of 13 articles, are prescribed according to the Feed Control Act. The Enforcement Rules provide for the application for the manufacturing registration certificate of feed and feed additives and the inspection registration of imported feed or feed additives. The central competent authorities may invite experts and pundits for council and discussion when important occurrences appear in their examination, inspection and verification carried out in accordance with the Feeds Control Act.
