This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles, regulates the Programme called "Terra Boa" related to animal forage in 2016. This Project, under the "Programme Equivalence in Products", encourages the acquisition of up to , fostering the acquisition of up to 3,500 (three thousand five hundred) kit's composed of forage seeds and agricultural inputs for pasture improvement, to meet a limit of 3,500 farmers. This Programme is intended to improve the productivity of milk and meat within the state of Santa Catarina. The beneficiaries of the programme are all farmers who promote in their property the pasture improvement, are domiciled in the state of Santa Catarina and who do not have debts to the Department of Programmes for Agriculture and Fisheries - SAR.
