Act No. 101 ratifying and implementing the international Treaty of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, including the Appendices thereto as adopted by the thirty-first meeting of the FAO conference in Rome on 3 November 2001.

This Act ratifies and implements the international Treaty of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, including the Appendices thereto. The Act stipulates that that the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces (Trento and Bolzano) are the principal subjects with whom responsibility lies for implementing the Treaty.
