This Act amends 6 CMC § 2301(a) by adding a new subsection on importation of pesticides. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly enter the Commonwealth with the intent to import, or attempt to cause another to bring or import into the Commonwealth, or conceal for the purpose of importation, any banned pesticides as defined by regulations adopted by the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality.
