This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of formation, operation of state information system in the sphere of identification, registration, traceability of livestock (herds) and animal products, and keeping record of the owners of livestock (herds), keeping register of livestock (herds) and livestock identification means. Register of the owners of livestock shall contain the following data: (a) name and location of legal person that is owner of livestock (herd); (b) identification data and place of residence of a natural person or individual entrepreneur that is the owner of livestock (herd); (c) location of stockbreeding facility; (d) data regarding persons responsible for insertion of data related to livestock (herd) – for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs; (e) categories of livestock kept at stockbreeding farm; and (f) data related to epizootic situation at stockbreeding farm.
