The scope of this Law shall be to protect human life and public health, private and public property by ensuring fire safety through application of forest fire safety arrangements. In relation to forest fire safety arrangements along with the provisions set forth by this Law shall be observed also the provisions of other normative legislative acts. Forest fire safety shall be the responsibility of local government and Forest service staff.
