Provisions on the Examination and Practice Qualification of the Personnel Engaged in the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Waterway.

These Provisions, consisting of 31 articles, are enacted in accordance with the Safe Production Law and the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, aiming to standardize the qualifications of personnel engaged in the carriage of dangerous goods by waterway. The loading and unloading management personnel, declarers, and inspectors shall be qualified for examination, and obtain the corresponding types of "Qualification Certificates for Hazardous Chemicals Transportation by Waterway " before engaging in corresponding operations.
