This Regional Decree sets forth mechanism of performance of regional state supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding. Objects of state supervision shall be legal persons and individual entrepreneurs (peasant farms and smallholders) for compliance with pedigree stockbreeding legislation. State supervision in the sphere of pedigree stockbreeding shall be performed by the official of the authorized state body. In case of identification of offence, the official shall draft a report and issue improvement notice.
