Legislative Decree No. 6 reforming the legislative framework on limited companies and cooperatives, pursuant to Act No. 366 of 3 October 2001.

This Legislative Decree lays down the legislative reform concerning limited companies and cooperatives. These provisions amend Chapter V of Title V, Section V of the Civil Code. Regarding agricultural cooperatives, amendments are laid down to article 2513 of the Civil Cide, relating to the mutualistic profile of such cooperatives.
