Article 1 of the said Ordinance defines inter alia the following terms: "wheat", "cereal products", "starch", "animal feed", "sugar", "oil seeds", "vegetable oil", "fish oil", "dairy products", etc. The Ordinance also establishes that plants producing wheat, starch and foodstuffs, plants producing sugar, plants producing fats, plants producing dairy products must report monthly to the competent authorities on their production and other details as specified in the Annex. The Ordinance consists of 11 articles and 1 Annex indicating the appropriate forms to be dispatched to the Ministry of Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry.
