Regulation on the conditions and procedures for granting financial assistance for the implementation of activities under Priority 5 "Technical Assistance" of the Operational Programme for "Fisheries" 2007-2013 of the Republic of Bulgaria and funded by the European Fisheries Fund.

This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and procedures for granting the financial assistance determined by the measure 5.1 "Technical Assistance" of the Operational Programme for "Fisheries" (2007-2013) of the Republic of Bulgaria, and directly funded by the European Fisheries Fund. The rules stipulated by this Regulation are also in accordance with the provisions of the: Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006 of 27 July 2006 on the European Fisheries Fund; and Regulation (EC ) № 498/2007 of 26 March 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
