Notification No. 2016/1 on administrative fines according to Paragraph (k) of Article 20 of the Environment Law No. 2872.

This Notification sets out the administrative fines for environmental law violations as per Paragraph (k) of Article 20 of the Environment Law No. 2872. This Notification shall not apply to violations of the provisions regarding specially protected area.
