Legislative Decree no. 14 from 13 January 2016, Implementing rules of the Special Statute of the Autonomous Region of Trentino-Alto Adige, amending and supplementing article 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 22 March 1974, no. 279, concerning the exercise of administrative functions concerning the Stelvio National Park.

This Decree redefines some new issues and sets additional provisions for the management, administration and protection of the natural wealth, located on the territory of the Autonomous Region of Trentino-Alto Adige, and regarding the Stelvio National Park )protected nature park, local/autonomous government, based on previous national legislation as listed in the text).
