This Decree amends several articles of Decree No. 8.033 on the exploitation of harbours, port infrastructures and related activities. Amendments deal with the following issues: Approval the transfer of land ownership and concession agreements; Information on Brazilian ports and port facilities; Preliminary studies on the technical, economic and environmental feasibility of the object of the lease or concession; Requirements for the extension of concession contracts or port leases, etc.
