These Administrative Measures are enacted in accordance with the Natural Gas Administration Act. The Text consists of 22 Articles. According to the Natural Gas Administration Act, before operation, natural gas utility pipeline installation enterprises shall obtain licenses from competent authorities. The Administrative Measures provide for the license application, revision, withdrawal and revocation, requirements, procedures, and business scope of voluntary or statutory business suspensions, qualifications, number, hiring or replacement of qualified staffs and other prescribed items of natural gas utility pipeline-installation enterprises.
