These Measures aim to strengthen the payment management of the new rural cooperative medical subsidy fund. The Measures consist of 14 Articles. The Ministry of Finance shall carry out dynamic monitoring of the payment of the new rural cooperative subsidy funds, and establishes a dynamic monitoring mechanism for the whole process of the funds.
