Regulation on conditions regarding the technical and technological equipment and the number of employees that should be met by legal entities that are using forest concessions.

This Regulation sets the necessary technical and technological (also employment and equipment based on the type of obtained concession and/or programmed mansion) related conditions to be implemented and respected by holders of forest use concessions on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. These rules are divided into two groups: for concessionaires holding no more than 3000 hectares of forest land; and concessionaires holding or managing no more than 5000 hectares and more than 6000 square meters of timber wood.
