This Regulation shall be applicable to regenerated cellulose film intended for contact with food products which: (a) is a finished product in itself; or (b) is part of the finished product, containing other materials, such as films coated with tin, plastic materials, glass. This Regulation applies to synthetic shells from regenerated cellulose. At the marketing stages, other than retail trade, materials and products from regenerated cellulose film, in contact with food, must be accompanied by a written declaration safety and compliance certificate.
