This Norm, consisting of 36 articles divided into nine Chapters, provides for the digital protocol, for registering and issuing the Environmental Licensing Waiver (DLA) and the Declaratory Environmental Licensing and Simplified Environmental Licensing within the State Secretariat of Environment and Sustainability (SEMAS/PA). The digital protocol is the means for registration in the database for the individuals and legal entities responsible for the enterprises that are contemplated by COEMA Resolution 107, of March 8, 2013, as well as the COEMA Resolution 127 of November 18, 2016 and that aim at obtaining the Previous License (LP), Installation License (LI), Operation License (LO) and the Rural Environmental License (LAR), for activities of low potential polluter in the State of Pará. Access to the system will be through the electronic address www.semas.pa.gov.br, whose use must comply with the terms of this Norm.
