This Notice, in full accordance with the provisions contained in the Ozone Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations 2014 and also under the general provisions of the Environmental Act 2005, here sets the official list of professional qualifications in relation to the performance of works in field of environmental protection (treatment and handling of substances dangerous for-depleting the ozone layer).
