This Law establishes information and installation requirements for collecting containers aimed at the recycling of oils and fats of animal or vegetable origin, consumed in the State of Pernambuco. It specifies that bars, restaurants, bakeries, residential condominiums, and other similar establishments within the territory of the State of Pernambuco using oils and fats of animal or vegetable origin, are obliged to fix a clear information about the Recycling of oils and fats of animal or vegetable origin in order to contribute to the preservation of the environment.
