This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on trading (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 87/2008 and already amended in Gazettes 116/2008 and 76/2009). Changes are related to the official denomination of terms and definitions; in article 5 the sentence “member of the family farm holding entered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings” is added; in article 10 the sentence “premises of cultural, religious, educational, pedagogical, scientific and other public institutions and in areas considered to be a protected area of nature” is added; trade activities request and authorization provisions (article 13); and other several consumer protection issues; and several offences and penalties.
