The documents presented to INEMA related to the environmental licensing or authorization processes are aimed at the analysis of environmental regularization and do not constitute, under any circumstances, possession or ownership. Declaratory acts listed below shall not be subject to renewal or extension of validity period, and, upon expiration, a new corresponding process shall be filed: a) Declaration of Controlled Burning (DQC); b) Declaration of Transportation of Hazardous Wastes (DTRP); c) Production Forestry Registry (RFP); d) Registry of Planted Forestry Exploitation or Logging (RCFP); e) Declaration of Intervention in Protected Area (DIAP). The environmental licensing of enterprises and activities considered to be large users of forestry raw material are conditioned to the presentation of the forestry production capacity that ensures their supply, under the terms of Decree No. 15.180 of 2 June 2014.
