This Chapter of the Nevada Revised Statutes concerns ditches, canals, flumes and other conduits. More specifically, it provides for regulation of ditches and canals by State Engineer; expenses of maintenance and operation of ditches; rights of way for ditches and flumes; rights of way for waste ditches and flumes; use of state land; unlawful damage to ditches and flumes; and administrative penalties and enforcement.
