Rules for Supplier's Conformity Statement of Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances contained in Electrical and Electronic Products.

These Rules are enacted to in accordance with the Implementation Arrangement of the Conformity Assessment System for Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances contained in Electrical and Electronic Products. The Rules make provisions for the procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the supplier's conformity self-statement for restricted use of hazardous substances contained in electrical and electronic products. The content of the self-declaration shall include the stipulation that the product meets the requirements of harmful substance limitation and the relevant technical supporting documents.
