The relevant licensing documents that have been licensed, registered, approved by competent authorities at all levels before the implementation of the amendment to Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act shall be used up to the time limit of the original permission, except for those that should be re-applied, altered in accordance with the provisions.
