Regulation Governing the Label Processing Method of Prepackaged Soy Sauce Products.

This Regulation is established under the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. The Regulation provides for the labelling of processing methods of prepackaged soy sauce products, including: 1) labelling "rapid fermentation" on the packaging; 2) labelling "hydrolysis" on the packaging; 3)labelling "mixed" or "blending" on the packaging; etc.
