These Interim Measures aim to standardize the performance management of the central support fund for reservoir resettlement and further improve the efficiency of fund use. In case that the financial departments, the resettlement management agencies and their staff members have serious frauds and other violations of rules and regulations in the performance management of the Central Support Fund for Reservoir Resettlement, the corresponding responsibilities shall be investigated in accordance with the Budget Law, the Administrative Supervision and Inspection Law, etc.
