In this section: “cannabis” means fresh marihuana, dried marihuana and cannabis oil, as those terms are defined in section 1 (1) of the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations made under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) and marihuana plants or seeds, within the meaning of those regulations. For the purposes of section 3 of the Cannabis Distribution Act, the government may not sell cannabis.
