This chapter of the Indiana Code concerns satellite manure storage structures. It states that a person may not after June 30, 2011, start construction of a satellite manure storage structure; or expansion of a satellite manure storage structure that increases manure containment capacity without obtaining the prior approval of the department of environmental management of Indiana. The chapter further provides for the application process for approval to construct or expand satellite manure storage structure.
