Emergency Powers (Border Security and Control) Regulations, 2020 (R.A. 11/2020).

These Regulations of the Governor of Anguilla prohibit all activities of vessels in Anguilla waters for a specified period. They assign enforcement powers to authorized officers and define offences. Contravention of these Regulations may lead to imprisonment.
