Regulation on minimum technical-technological and personnel conditions for processing of grain in mills.

This Regulation determines the conditions that must be met by electric powered grain processing mills in terms of space, equipment and professional staff, as well as the content, form and manner of keeping the register of mill product manufacturers. Mills are economic entities that are registered and that operate as companies (or natural persons), engaged in activities in which the process of selective shredding and sorting is carried out for wheat, rye, oats, corn and other cereals into mill products for human consumption and further processing. Chapter II of this text provides for rules regarding specific technical-technological and staff conditions for grain processing; Chapter III is on the keeping of register of mill product manufacturers; Chapter IV sets out the manner and procedure for certifying the observance of conditions here provided. The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms; indications on how to fill such forms).
