This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for allocation and distribution of subsidies out of the regional budget to the regional municipalities for the performance of arrangements for the prevention of spread and destruction of cow parsnip (Heracleum), sets forth criteria and procedure for the competitive selection of municipal entities, as well as the procedure for the return of subsidies, the application of measures of responsibility, reporting and control. The main manager of the budgetary funds shall be regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Subsidies shall be provided to the budgets of regional municipalities in order to co-finance expenditure obligations for implementation of measures to prevent the spread and destruction of weed cow parsnip (Heracleum). Subsidies are targeted and cannot be used for other purposes.
