Administrative Regulation No. 16 / 2003 of Macao Special Administrative Region concerning modification of licensing procedures for catering and beverage establishments.

This Administrative Regulation establishes a one-stop licensing procedure for catering/beverage establishments, which is applicable to the licensing application for the setting-up of catering/beverage establishments in building units that have been completed the consyruction and have appropriate licenses for use. The Administrative Regulation consists of 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Pre-procedure stage; Carrying out the procedure; Inspection; Making decisions and subsequent procedures.
