This Regulation establishes the procedure for providing free two meals a day to students with disabilities in regional state and municipal educational institutions at the expense of the regional budget. Substitution of free two meals a day with monetary compensation shall be prohibited. In case of public holidays or distant learning free two meals a day can be substituted with food packages. It contains the List of documents required for access to free two meals a day to students with disabilities in regional state and municipal educational institutions.
