This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on protection and rescue, determines the necessary contents and methodology for drafting national plans for protection and rescue, including municipal protection and rescue plans and plans for protection and rescue for companies, others legal entities and entrepreneurs, as well as the manner for reconciliations, updates and retention of such protection and rescue plans (aimed for different types of disasters, natural and man caused).
