Implementation Rules of China Certification and Accrediation Administration on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System Certification.

These Rules are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Regulations of on Certification and Accreditation, aiming to regulate the HACCP system certification of food and food related sectors. The Rules specify the basic requirements to be satified by the certification bodies that carries out HACCP certification activities.
