This Regulation establishes the procedure for the storage of register files, forest management documentation, documented information of the state forest register, a unified state automated information system for accounting for timber and transactions therewith, created before the commissioning of the federal state information system for the forestry complex. Keeping records, documented information related to forest management, state forest register on paper should be carried out in places inaccessible to unauthorized persons, in conditions that ensure the prevention of their theft, loss or damage, distortion, forgery or loss of the information contained therein. Registry files and documented information of state forest register on paper are stored within 10 years from the date of commissioning of the federal state information system of the forest complex. Documented information of the unified state automated information system for timber accounting and transactions therewith is subject to permanent storage in electronic form by the operator of the unified state automated information system accounting for timber and transactions with it in a unified state automated information system for timber accounting and transactions therewith, which provides data storage, prevention of their distortion, forgery and loss, as well as unauthorized access thereto by persons, not entitled to access such data.
