This Regulation determines the establishment and implementation of financial management and control in Republican Administration of Civil Protection, in order to carry out: business activities in a proper, ethical, economical, efficient and effective manner; security business compliance with the law and other regulations, plans, policies and procedures; protection against financial losses caused by unjustified spending and using funds, as well as protection against irregularities, abuse and fraud; strengthening responsibility for the successful achievement of the set goals and the provision of reliable and timely financial reporting and monitoring of business results.
