This Order lays down rules on the production and composition, as well as on the labelling of diary products. The appendixes include: Appendix 1 - Preserved milk; Appendix 2 - Casein and caseinates; Appendix 3 - Fermented milk and sour cream; Appendix 4 - Classification of cheese; Appendix 5 - Processed cheese; Appendix 6 - Characteristic of "first quality butter".
