The Protected Areas Order (Water and Sanitation Facilities). Legal Notice no. 15 of 2022.
This Order, made under section 3 of the Protected Areas Act of 1949 (Cap. 204), provides for declaring the areas, places and water and sewerage facilities described in the Schedule as protected areas for the purposes of the Act.
