This resolution defines the terms of reference for the electronic monitoring working group that is established in parallel with the workshops on the implementation of an electronic monitoring system (EMS) in the Antigua Convention area. The EM Working Group shall have the following functions: (a) review the outcomes of the EM workshops to identify recommendations for the EMWG; (b) enhance communication and foster mutual understanding on matters related to EM between CPCs as well as between relevant stakeholders; (c) perform such other functions as the Commission may direct.
