Government Program “Good time” sets forth the following objectives: (a) ensuring an efficient agricultural extension and consultation sector for efficient adaptation of the sector to climate change; (b) elaboration of a policy and coherent measures to accelerate the transition to the circular economy and green economy; and (c) reducing the poverty rate to 20% and extreme poverty to 5%; (d) consumer protection through ensuring rigorous control of the import of foodstuffs and non-admission of the delivery and putting into circulation of the products harmful to the health of the population, including by adopting a risk assessment mechanism which would allow the identification and physical verification of 10% of the agri-food products; (e) constituting legal and operational mechanism for verification of traceability of food product delivered to public institutions and for school feeding; and (f) improvement of the efficiency of the Agency for Consumer Protection.
