This Law creates the State School Feeding Programme (PEALE) within the scope of the State Department of Education (SEDUC). The Programme aims at providing financial assistance to contribute to students' growth and biopsychosocial development, learning, school performance and the formation of healthy eating habits, through food and nutrition education actions and meals that meet nutritional needs during the school term, in line with current public education policies and the rules and guidelines of the public education network in the State of Rondônia, to school units (UEx).
